Glenn's deep understanding of the flooring industry is a family tradition. He learned the business from his grandfather, Lou Bole, who built L. B. Carpet into a New York City icon. What began in 1970 as a small, one-man operation grew into a successful business known for its integrity and service to the city's top design showrooms.

Working alongside his mother, Barbara Barton, Glenn helped modernize the family company while upholding its core values. After L. B. Carpet's closing, he further honed his skills with renowned firms like Costikyan and ABC Carpet and Home.

Today, Glenn brings this unique blend of legacy and modern expertise to clients in Florida, while still maintaining strong connections to the New York design community. His professional life is a direct continuation of a family dedicated to quality, service, and a passion for the industry.
